  1. How will you deliver my order?

We deliver your orders through reputed courier companies.


  1. How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is placed successfully, we will send a confirmation over email and a text message on your phone number registered with us. The mail and message will carry all the related details. You can also view order details in My Account--> My Orders section if the order is placed through your log in id.


  1. Can I place orders over phone?

Yes, we take orders over phone as well. You may contact us to book your order on Cash On Delivery (COD) mode. Kindly visit the contact us page for the same.


  1. How can I check the status of my order?

We send order status updates via emails and SMSs. You will receive an SMS and email after placing your order. When the order is dispatched, we send to you an SMS carrying tracking details. In rare cases, where unforeseen events force delay, we send special updates to you.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order.


  1. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

After placing an order a n order number is assigned and the products to be delivered are defined. Hence to add another item you can place a separate order.


  1. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

If you wish to place bulk order, please send a mail to and we will promptly contact you.




  1. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept payments via cash on delivery, bank draft, cheque . Within a few days we shall be providing payment gateway on our website whereby our customers shall be able to pay online through Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit and Debit Cards, Netbanking, EMI and also ITZ Cash Cards.


  1. Will it be safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

We process all online payment transactions over a secured encrypted network. So, it’s completely safe to shop here using your Debit card or Credit Card.


  1. Why isn’t Cash On Delivery option available to me?

Our courier partners do not offer COD option at select locations. If you are in one of such locations, unfortunately COD option is not available to you. In that case, you can make payment through Netbanking or by using Credit/Debit Card.


  1. Are there any hidden charges?

You need not pay any hidden or additional charges. Pay only the amount mentioned in your order summary.


  1. What to do if my payment fails?

Please retry and ensure you have entered accurate information in the payment gateway. Check account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Please make sure you have stable internet connection in the process.



Shipping & Tracking


  1. In how much time will my order arrive?

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered in 15-20 business days. In case of orders from express shipment category, the order shall reach you in 4-5 business days. Although it is rare and unforeseen circumstances which may force a delay for which we shall intimate you well in advance.


  1. Do you take shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500. But, in case of overseas orders, shipping is charged as per the courier companies policy.



  1. Do you deliver orders on all days of the week?

We deliver orders on all Business Days i.e. from Monday to Saturday except on national holidays and state holidays.


  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.


  1. How do I track my Order?

After your order is shipped, we send Email and SMS to you. Tracking number and the details of logistics provider are mentioned over there.


  1. My order was supposed to be delivered by now; it isn’t delivered yet. What should I do?

You can visit courier partner’s site to check your Order status using tracking information sent by us. You may also call the courier partner for clarification and in case the reply is not satisfactory, contact us with your Order Number. We will be pleased to help you.

  1. Do I need registration to shop?

Registration on our store is not necessary however it helps us to speed up ordering process as well as is helpful to you in tracking your order, apart from the discounts and vouchers that are provided to our loyal customers

In that case you just need to click on “Forgot Password” and we will send the password changing process to your registered Email Id.
