The product delivery will take minimum of 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed with us. This is so because, in case of other brands ,we place the orders with the respective brands only once the sale is closed. After this, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the merchandize to reach our warehouse. Once there, it undergoes strict quality checks before being finally packaged and shipped to you. And in case of Madhubann's made to order customised products, we employ highly dedicated workers and craftmanship to deliver quality made products for you.For maximum customer satisfaction, we have invested in an efficient delivery chain to ensure that the orders reach you as fast as possible. After the order is dispatched from the order processing centre, it will take around 2- 7 working days to reach you.
Delivery Across India:
At Madhubann - The Fashion Garden, though we deliver to most locations across India, there are a few places which we are unable to cover due to logistical limitations.
All the orders are dispatched through a courier as per your order or as per the type of products available with us. We have invested in a fast and reliable delivery chain & ensure that your orders reach you within 2 – 7 working days from being dispatched. To track your orders, you may visit the My Account / My orders page.
A flat rate of Rs. 100 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 1500. For orders where total amount exceeds 1000, no delivery charges will be payable.
The Cash-On-Delivery option is extended for orders below 20,000 and to customers within India only . In case the order is below Rs 1500 and the chosen mode of payment is Cash, then an additional amount of Rs 50 will be payable as convenience charges. There is no convenience charge on orders above Rs 1500. You may view the delivery charges in My Order section or in the invoice.
Additional Charges e.g. octroi etc. (applicable as per the country where the order is being shipped) will be borne by the customer.
In case of Express Orders, they will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive the order within 2-7 working days depending upon your location.
For orders placed between Monday to Friday, they will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours; however for all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, they will be shipped on the next working day.

We work hard with our partners to ensure that are no delays ever, but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes orders do get delayed. In case there is any delay from our partner’s side in sending the orders to us, we will keep you updated with a special email. We will also take proper measures to ensure that the problem is timely detected and resolved.
Is it possible to choose the delivery date for our order?
No. It is not possible for us to make any changes in the delivery date. Once the order reaches our order processing centre, it is sorted out and packaged to be sent to the respective customers. Once the preparation phase is initiated, we are unable to intervene in any manner.
What if I am unable to track my order online?
Once your order leaves our processing centre, we send an email, which includes your parcel information, to you immediately. You can track the order by going to My Account / My orders / Delivery tracking section. The parcel’s AWB number will be updated in this section. In case you are having any trouble in tracking your order, please contact us so that we can take immediate action and resolve the issue.
What If I am unavailable when the delivery is made?
In case you are not present to receive the order, our courier partner will try to make contact via SMS & phone call. To facilitate delivery, ensure that you receive the calls from our courier partner without fail. A second attempt is made within 24 hours to make contact with you. In case this too fails, the parcel will be held by the courier partner for 3 days (awaiting further instructions from your side). In case of lack of any response, it will be returned to us.
Once the process of returning the parcel has been initiated, you will have to wait until it reaches our processing centre. On receipt of your parcel, we will automatically forward you a mail to confirm whether you would like us to resend the parcel. We will hold your parcel for a week from the date the email is sent. If there is still no response from your side, then we will have to cancel your order.
Please note that the shipment cost for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
In case you opt for Cash-On-Delivery service & are not available to receive the parcel when it arrives at the address designated by you, the COD option will be discontinued on your account.
What If I receive a damaged parcel?
Please ensure that you check the parcel thoroughly before accepting the parcel; the security tape over the parcel should be visible and intact. In case you get a damaged parcel & refuse it, please do inform us via an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if a damaged parcel is accepted by mistake?
In case a damaged parcel is received by any third party on your behalf, or is left in your post-box, then it is considered as ‘Accepted’. If you find that the items within the parcel are damaged on opening, please intimate us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
What if I receive a partial order?
Your order may be delivered separately on different dates, but in such cases we will intimate you about the same via mail.
What if I receive an incorrect order?
In case it happens that you received items different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
